Based on United Nations (Food and Agricultural Organization) International Year of Potato celebration

.

Considering its role in diet the College of Agricultural Science and Technology at California State University Fresno, California, USA is promoting awareness of potatoes by organizing the International Symposium on Living with Potatoes (ISLP) on Oct. 7, 2008.
